I can't say that I've been to every great city in the world (I'm a few thousand short) but I'm glad to see my favorite getting the recognition it deserves. With kilometers of natural parks, get transportation, and one of the politest cultures in the world, there can be no doubt that Hong Kong deserves its place at the top!

great... i know that Hong Kong was judged the most liveable city, followed by Amsterdam, Osaka and Paris, after additional criteria including urban sprawl... :)
