Our 100th Post

It's hard to believe that Minxi and I have already posted 100 times.  I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who are sure we have not had 100 posts worth of things to say.   We sure are busy people.

Today Minxi is getting ready for her trip to Guang Zhou for her P-4 interview at the  US embassy.  I'm working two jobs, selling some  art on the side and trying to get the house ready.

When we started this blog, just 8 months ago, we had just spent two great weeks in Hong Kong and China.  She was back with her dad and I was back with the dog.  The trip to the Guang Zhou Embassy seemed far far in the future.

Thanks to all of you who read our blog.  We're going to keep right on trucking after she gets here.  There's still tons of things to see and do in Hong Kong that we haven't mentioned yet, plus tons more Chinese food recipes, oh and laughter and goofing off.  We do a lot of that.

I think what's most important to me looking at our 100th post, is that the separation should be ending soon.  We have a lot of hope and reason to believe that the Embassy will okay our Visa.  Then the real journey can begin.  It's much easier, and harder to say goodnight to someone on the next pillow as opposed to the next continent.

Here's to 100 more posts in our first 8 months living together.  Wish us luck.  We know we've got the love.
